Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: April 20, 2026

infotrack lets you delete your data at any time. This page describes what is stored, how to remove it, and how to revoke our access to your Gmail account.

What we store

  • Account information (name, email, hashed password)
  • Agent configurations (system prompt, store name, settings)
  • Encrypted Gmail OAuth refresh token in Google Secret Manager
  • Telegram bot token and chat ID (encrypted)
  • Operational logs containing email IDs and processing metrics — never email body content

We do not retain copies of your customer email content. Emails are processed in-memory and the response is sent back through your Gmail account.

Delete a single agent

  1. Sign in to your dashboard at info-track.app/agents
  2. Open the agent you want to delete
  3. Click "Delete Agent" in the agent settings
  4. Confirm the deletion

Deleting an agent immediately removes its Firestore document, encrypted Gmail/Telegram credentials in Secret Manager, escalation queue items, and Telegram webhook registration.

Revoke Gmail access

You can revoke our access to your Gmail account directly from your Google Account at any time, independently of deleting your infotrack account:

  1. https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
  2. Find "infotrack" in the list of third-party apps
  3. Click "Remove Access"

Once access is revoked, the stored refresh token becomes invalid and the agent will stop processing emails.

Delete your entire account

To request full deletion of your infotrack account and all associated data, email us at hello@info-track.app with the subject line "Account deletion request".

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email once complete. This removes your user record, all agents, all stored credentials, billing/subscription records (subject to legal retention requirements), and operational logs containing your identifiers.
