By accessing or using infotrack (info-track.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

Service Description

infotrack provides an AI-powered customer support automation platform for e-commerce businesses. The service reads incoming customer emails via Gmail, generates responses using AI, and can escalate complex issues to you via Telegram.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

Gmail Access and Authorization

By linking a Gmail account to your agent:

• You authorize infotrack to read, send, and modify emails on your behalf for customer support purposes
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings or by unlinking the account in infotrack
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of automated email responses complies with applicable laws and regulations

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Abuse, harass, or send harmful content through the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the service

Billing and Subscriptions

• Free trial includes limited email processing to evaluate the service
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We may update pricing with 30 days notice

Limitation of Liability

infotrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from AI-generated responses, including but not limited to incorrect information provided to your customers. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your agent's behavior.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
