infotrack ("we", "our", "us") operates the info-track.app website and provides AI-powered customer support automation for e-commerce businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: name, email address, and password when you register
• Gmail data: email messages that your AI agent processes, accessed via the Gmail API with your authorization
• Usage data: how you interact with our service, including agent configurations and analytics
• Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

Gmail API Data Usage

Our use of information received from Gmail APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

• We access Gmail data solely to read incoming customer emails and send replies on your behalf through your configured AI agent
• Email content is processed by our AI to generate customer support responses based on your configured rules and instructions
• We do not sell, share, or use your Gmail data for advertising purposes
• We do not use Gmail data to serve advertisements
• Access to Gmail data is strictly limited to providing the customer support automation features you explicitly configure. Gmail data is not used to improve, develop, or train any other product or feature.

AI Processing of Gmail Data

To generate customer support replies, email content is sent to Google's Gemini large language model via Google Cloud Vertex AI. We want to be transparent about how this works:

• Email content is sent to Gemini solely to generate a draft reply for that specific email. The model's output is the reply text — nothing else is derived or retained.
• Your Gmail data is not used to train, fine-tune, develop, or improve any AI or machine learning model — neither ours nor Google's. Per Google Cloud Vertex AI's data processing terms, prompts and responses sent through Vertex AI are not used by Google to train or improve foundation models.
• We do not aggregate, anonymize, or otherwise repurpose Gmail data for model training, analytics, or research.
• Email content is processed in-memory at the time a reply is generated. We do not store the body of customer emails after processing — only operational metadata (message IDs, timestamps, processing outcomes) is logged.

Human Access to Gmail Data

Employees and contractors at infotrack do not read your Gmail data, except in the following narrowly limited circumstances:

• With your explicit consent, for example to investigate a specific issue you have reported
• When required to investigate security incidents, suspected abuse, or fraud, or to comply with applicable law
• For internal operations, and only after the data has been aggregated and anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with an identifiable individual

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the AI customer support service
• To communicate with you about your account and provide technical support
• To improve and develop our service using only non-Gmail data such as anonymized usage analytics — Gmail content is never used for product improvement
• To process payments and manage subscriptions

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Sensitive credentials (such as Gmail refresh tokens) are encrypted and stored in Google Secret Manager. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication, and access controls.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Google Cloud Platform: infrastructure, Firestore database, and Gmail API access
• Stripe: payment processing and subscription management
• Resend: transactional emails (verification, password reset)

Your Rights

• Access your personal data stored in our service
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Revoke Gmail access at any time through your Google Account permissions
• Request a copy of your data
